This policy explains how augmentedreality.by processes personal data. The operator is the site administration. Contact: info@augmentedreality.by.

What we collect

• Information you send yourself: email address, name and message if you write to info@augmentedreality.by or use a form on the site.
• Technical data when you visit: IP address, date and time, page, browser and device type — in hosting logs.
• Interface language (Russian or English) — in a Polylang cookie.
• If you post a comment, WordPress stores it with your account details.

Why we use it

We use this data to reply to requests, run the site, remember the language you chose, and understand which pages are opened. We do not sell personal data and do not send newsletters unless you asked us to.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses necessary cookies for WordPress, page cache and language. Yandex Metrica may load for statistics: it sets its own cookies and collects anonymised visit data. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Who else may see data

• The hosting provider (hoster.by) — files, database and logs.
• Yandex — if Metrica runs.
• Telegram or WhatsApp — only if you follow the header links.
• App stores — if you follow Google Play or App Store links from review pages.

Servers are with the hosting provider. Transfer outside Belarus may occur under those services’ own rules.

Retention

Emails and enquiries are kept while needed to reply. Server logs follow the host’s retention. Cookies last until they expire or you clear them.

Your rights

You can ask for information about processing, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion by writing to info@augmentedreality.by. Processing follows the Belarus Law on Personal Data Protection.

The current version is always this page. If the rules change in a material way, we will update the date at the top.
