It was tough to pick examples—augmented reality has thoroughly taken over the gaming world.
A recent case is the “magical immersion” of the Harry Potter game. Fans of fantasy universes have never been so deeply engaged in parallel worlds.
Another example, released in summer 2010, eliminated buttons, joysticks, and control panels entirely, replacing them with body, motion, and voice recognition.
